Growing Through Transitions
Beginning February 26 through April 1, we will offer a new Sunday morning study group focused on successful life transitions. The group will be led by John Drescher-Lehman and will meet on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. in Conference Room II, along the church office hallway. Through the course of our lives, there are times when we are forced through no fault of our own to embrace a new way or a new situation. These times can be troublesome and difficult, but there comes a time when we want to regroup and reorganize our thoughts, beliefs, and even our reality. Anyone interested in joining the group should call John at 215-453-0317 or Jim Laverty at 215-723-3088 x16.
John is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice and has broad experience in leading groups. All are invited who have experienced change (such as loss of job, job relocation, loss of spouse, empty nest, or other uncomfortable changes of the familiar) that has left them at a perplexed crossroad, where life feels uncertain, unsure, and uncomfortable, but are looking to grow through the transitions.

The women "knit" prayers and blessings into the shawl. Beginners are welcome, and we are happy to teach you how to knit or crochet.
