Women's Ministry
 Souderton Mennonite Church offers a variety of opportunities for adults to fellowship, learn and grow together as brothers and sisters in Christ.                                                                                     
 
Periodically, events are offered for women to renew fellowship, refresh the spirit, and to be an inviting place
for our neighbors to join us. All women are welcome to join in these times.


Women’s Events

Yoga for Christian Women ~ Mondays through December 15, 7 to 8:10 p.m.
Women of all fitness levels are invited to learn yoga-style exercises that will build muscle, strengthen bones, and improve joint flexibility. Classes are held on Mondays, September 15 through December 15, from 7 to 8:10 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The first two classes are free, and then it's $10 per class, payable that night. Please bring a yoga mat and water and wear comfortable clothing. To register, or for more information, contact the church office. Please use the entrance at the corner of Wile  Ave. & Chestnut St.; parking lot is across the street.
Low Impact Aerobics Class ~ Mondays & Fridays, beginning October 13, 9:15 to 10:30 a.m.
All women in our church and the community of — any age & fitness level — are invited to a new low-impact aerobics class set to Christian music beginning Monday, October 13 and held each Monday and Friday, 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. Increase your stamina, flexibility, energy, and endurance with this low impact aerobics class that offers both easy to follow routines for beginners and a challenge for those looking for a different kind of workout! Please bring a water bottle and an exercise mat (or beach towel). Free child care available, donations accepted.
The class meets in the Fellowship Hall. Please use the entrance at the corner of Wile  Ave. & Chestnut St.; parking lot is across the street.
Women's Bible Study ~ part of Wednesday Community Nights ~ October 1 through December 17, 7 to 8 p.m.
Dependence on God ~ Room 304/6
Women of all ages are invited to join us as we learn how Jesus' dependence on his Father is rooted in a deep understanding of Scripture and a life of prayer.  Topics such as "The Secret to Love", "Guidance from God", "Giving up Control", and "Saying No" will be covered. Led by Janet Uetz and Lydia Clemmer.
