Russian Orphanage Team

The Russian Orphan Ministry Team will share stories and photos from their July service trip. Enjoy light refreshments, including Russian cookies, and a time for questions following the sharing.

From July 9 - 26, 2007, a team of 16 people from Souderton Mennonite Church traveled to the Pskov Region of northwestern Russia to help improve the lives of children in orphanages.
They arrived with suitcases full of medical and other supplies for the orphanages. In addition to delivering supplies, the group worked to repair and renovate living quarters at the orphanages, offered dental and medical assistance, and spent time with children who receive far too little care and affection.
