Deb began working at SMC in September 2007. Prior to that, she worked as a staff accountant at Farm & Home Oil for 15 years.

Deb lives in Souderton with her husband, Don, and son, Isaac. Deb enjoys brisk walks, leisurely bike rides, reading, watching Isaac play baseball, spending time with her granddaughters, and any creative projects involving crafts or art.

Sylvia has worked at SMC since August 1986. Her first church office experience was following high school graduation, when she worked in a church office for 1-W (alternative) service. After taking time to raise a family, she worked at Clemens Markets making deli salads before coming to work at SMC.

Sylvia lives in Souderton with her husband, Glenn. She enjoys quilting, singing with the choir, and attending her grandchildren's activities.

Alyssa has worked at SMC since January 2006. She has worked in communications since 1996, and also spent one season baking for the Indian Valley Farmers' Market in Telford.

Alyssa lives in Line Lexington with her husband, Rob, and sons, Zachary and Nathan. When she isn't cheering on her sons' sports teams, she enjoys scrapbooking, outside fires in the evening, and spending time with family and friends.

"In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you. I tell you, now is the time of God's favor, now is the day of salvation." II Corinthians 6:2

As Director of Facilities, Dan has oversight of the facilities and campus and related ministry teams. Dan's position on staff combines over 25 years of ministry experience with his project management background in both civil and manufacturing engineering. Dan shares, "God's call upon my life has been an upward journey since I helped my cousin teach a second grade Vacation Bible School class in 1981. I taught a VBS class the next year, and over the course of time, have served in various leadership roles within the Church where I have been in positions to see the hand of God work in many miraculous ways."

Dan, his wife Leslie, and daughters Katey and Tia, first came to Souderton Mennonite Church through the annual Block Party in the fall of 2002. Dan joined the staff in September of 2003.

"Every Member in Ministry" is his hope and prayer for the body of Christ.

Katie has worked at SMC since March 2008.Prior to that, she worked as an Administrative Assistant from November 2006 to January 2008 and File Clerk from August 2003 to November 2006 at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford in Lansdale.

Katie lives in Schwenksville with her husband, Micah, and sons, Ezra and Finn. She enjoys going to the beach, for bike rides on the Perkiomen Trail, scrapbooking, and spending time with family and friends.
